TikToker Kass Theaz claims she took her parents to court for giving birth to her without consulting her and considering how she would feel.

Theaz then suggested that pregnant women should hire a psychic medium to ask their unborn children if they "actually want to be here."

Speaking to New York Post, she said:

"They didn’t try to contact me in any way before I was born to see if I actually wanted to be here, and that’s why I sued them.I was unaware that I was going to have to grow up and get a job to support myself”

Theaz's comments sparked mixed reactions online, with some expressing confusion and others questioning the validity of her lawsuit against her parents.

She said her parents should have consulted her so that she could decide whether she wanted to be part of the world, work hard and pay bills

She further added:

“ I’m making that my life mission to teach children to sue their parents so they don’t have to work,”

Regarding her decision to adopt, Theaz emphasized a distinction:

"It's different when you adopt because it's not my fault that they're here. I'm just trying to be a good person and help them out. You know what I mean?"

Woman sues her parents
