Nigeria's security architecture has witnessed a significant shift with the appointment of Adeola Oluwatosin Ajayi as the new Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS).

Ajayi succeeded Yusuf Bichi, appointed by former President Muhammadu Buhari in 2018.
